Nutrition

How our gut functions is extremely important - the majority of our neurotransmitters are made in the gut - and dysfunction may lead to learning difficulties and various behavioural difficulties e.g. ADHD.

Each person is unique, some may not be able to digest certain 'good' foods properly or maybe they have a lack of certain essential vitamins and minerals.

It's time to discover what is going on...
Nutrition for children

The gut can have a significant impact on learning, emotions and behaviours.  Initially, we use muscle testing techniques to identify whether there are underlying nutritional factors or even dehydration which are limiting a person's health/abilities.

Quester Global works with qualified Nutritional Therapists who are able to identify and address the underlying cause of an individual's symptoms or health concern via individual assessment, either in person or remotely, and promote a revised life-style plan using food, nutrients and supplements tailored to the individual.
